Try a Double cleanse in the evening and see how your skin feels. Either use your evening cleanser twice, once to remove your makeup and the second time to cleanse your skin, or try using two different cleansers, see what works for you. Try different face cloths, cotton, microfibre or bamboo but make sure its a clean one every day. All will give a slightly different feel to your treatment and make your cleanse as effective as it can be.
Whatever you decide to do, try and make it as consistant as you can. Your skin will thank you for it and so will your Therapist.
