CONSULTATION AND PATCH TESTING

Prior to performing any treatment at Beauty, you will be asked to fill in a personal consultation form. Following this confidential consultation, we will tailor a treatment programme designed specifically for your needs. It is the responsibility of all our clients to inform us of any changes to their health prior to treatment.

Patch tests are an important requirement of many of our eyelash enhancement and St Tropez tan treatments. These will require a short appointment in the salon 48hrs prior to your treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, we require a minimum of twenty-four hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment for any reason. Failure to comply will result in a cancellation charge equal to the full value of the scheduled treatment.
